Dr. Alok Krishna, MD

Dr Krishna helped me with my severe asthma condition and was able to provide treatment to allow me to live a normal life and manage my symptoms. I highly recommend.

This clinic is a REFERRAL mart, the only thing they do is make you an additional appointment, it is a maddening time wasting process, if and when they do refer you they are SLOW about it. You never actually get to see the Doctor, you only get his fresh out of Jr. College P.A., the Doctor is FAR to busy making his Tee time to actually see you. I did finally get to see him once after I mentioned I was going to report him to the Dept. of Consumer Affairs... magically he drove his Mercedes right over from the golf course (he literally had his Golf Pants and Shoes on)... They practice "Pass the Buck Medicine" here, or is the word Practice a bit too strong (meaning they would have to actually do something to be practicing it). I found this dingy little clinic more on the Insurance Mill-N-Bill sweat-shop type. On every visit, the PA goes into the other room in the middle of our 11 minute session (I think she googles the answer on MedMD), and comes back with a suggestion to make… another appointment. I never wasted so much personal leave time, and accomplished SO very little. Appointment after appointment, and nothing but more appointments... On one occasion, I did not like the service that I was provided, I called the office and asked to be called back, the PA insisted on me taking time off and coming in, we accomplished nothing and I wasted yet more Personnel leave time. A four minute phone call would have been adequate, instead, they wanted my co-pay and to bill my insurance! This place the worst. Furthermore the PA is kind of dismissive, and on the "Trump Supporter" type (she made an offensive off hand remark about my sexuality), I found her to be inexperienced, and unsure of herself, and generally poor at her job as well, and very a poor example of medical care today.

Dr Krishna is a very patient, funny, great bedside manner, he spends what ever time you need with him...he has never rushed any of my appointments...he has been my Dr and also my sister's husbands Dr for many years...I highly recommend him as a family Dr...

Worst doctor and medical staff ever except for the male assistant that greeted me and walked me back out after I was seen. He was a gentleman and was very polite but the other staff were flat out rude. The doctor was very short with me and didn't care about my issues whatsoever. He rushed me our and forgot to give me my prescriptions. The male assistant had to kindly remind him to give them to me before I left. The assistant who I believe was names Katy was very rude and unprofessional.

Dr. Alok was 50 minutes late for our appointment and didn't even mention that fact when the appointment began. He put us in a dirty room and replied to four text messages during our appointment. I believe he did accurately diagnose my problem but, he was beyond inattentive. I will not be going back.

Doesn't take his patients seriously, exams were very minimal!

They are not good since they don't care much about patient's time and money. Doctor's assistants are not well-qualified and they never give a realistic time estimate for the process. In one incident, they gave me an incomplete form after waiting for a long time to receive my lab results. I had told them in advance that I was in a crunch time and I needed my results soon. But, in the end, they gave me a form, which was missing the essential parts such as the doctor's signature. I tried to contact them, but the assistant who was in charge that day, was totally clueless and helpless.They didn't even apologize for that. It would be better for that clinic to hire some assistants with qualifications in order to live up to expectations of the patient's. Dr. Krishna is a good person and knows his job, but his clinic is not reliable because of his assistants. I don't recommend that clinic to anybody.
