Dr Mathur is an awesome doctor. Very compassionate care. Staff are so friendly and great. Receptionist is awesome.

The staff at this office is amazing. The nurses and receptionist staff are very friendly and fun staff to talk with. They make coming to see Dr Mathur a fun time. I love this office and the girls that work there.

Dr. Mathur is a very good primary physician who is thorough and professional. His staff however, needs much improvement-especially in regards to phone communication-and attention to the front desk. Why is the phone off the hook from noon to 2:00 P.M. Monday through Friday?

We switched practices after 25 years and are very pleased with Dr. Mathur & Dr. Ng.

Dr. Mathur is not my doctor but is the the staff from this same office, whom I want you to be aware of. I don't know whose jurisdiction it is to make changes on a shared office staff. But the nurses do not call back when they said they would and it should not take a patient, who has medial concerns, to call several times a day for 2+ weeks straight to get an answer. The staff in general needs to be refreshed to give substantial customer service (receptionists are not very courteous neither especially in person). I don't know if you are under-staffed or if the nurses get re-certified every so often (I hope you do require that of the nurses), but please do something about it. Is sad if you are good with patients as a doctor but your staff negatively affects your practice!

Best doctor I've ever seen!! Our family has been with him since he's there. He's a very caring doctor, that truly listens to you as a patient. Would recommend it at any time!!

Mr. Mathur is always kind, compassionate, great listner, takes time with patients, follow-ups as he promises. Calls at home to check up on patient. We have been with Dr. Mathur since he started with the practice. Love him!
