Excellent doctor, very caring. Explained procedure thoroughly! Professional & empathetic. So glad to have him as my doctor!

I had been a patient of Dr. Singh for about 5 years, he ordered multiple tests, and decided to treat my arterial heart disease with medications. I wasn’t feeling much better at all, but I thought I was being treated appropriately and that I just had to get used to feeling like that, and that being my new normal. Unbearable chest pain brought me to the ER, and thank heaven the cardiologist on call was another doctor in his group. He brought me straight to the cath lab and opened my heart arteries with stents. I could immediately feel much better, I could breathe again, and pain was much better. I followed up with the new doctor and going through my previous tests, I found out that I should have been stented at least 5 years ago, when my arterial disease was showing in all my studies. Why Dr. Singh decided not to treat me appropriately for so long, and didn’t even bother to tell me the extent of my condition, I will never know. I just am thankful that I found an actual good doctor I… can trust now.

Dr. Singh I will start off by saying is probably the BEST interventionist at St. Joes Hospital---but his bedside manner is appalling. His verbal treatment of patients and staff is egregious! After speaking with his very own co-workers they too admitted that if they needed a cardiac stent they would want his hands performing the procedure, but he is arrogant, obnoxious, and demeaning to nurses. It's great to have an intelligent/competent physician when your life is in their hands-but no one deserves to be demoralized in front of patients and I first-hand heard him talk down to everyone around. It was disgusting, and embarrassing to the poor nurses and to me! He was abrasive and short with me too and that's inappropriate when I was in a time of need - looking for guidance and reassurance. He may be good at his job but he has a very poor reputation there for being a good person! I hope he reads this and does some soul searching!

The staff is amazingly rude. I wonder why they chose to work with "sick people" if they like being so abrupt to everyone. I also wonder why the doctors allow such poor customer service. If this were a "real business," they would go out of business! I HATE the way they make appointments because they never call you back! We'll be changing doctors as soon as the insurance lets us.
