This women can’t be considered morally or ethically acceptable, she should hang up her white coat; she has double charged my Mother in law who is retired and living on a limited budget. My mother in law saw her in February for wellness check; being on Medicare you have to have these every 6 months. Well after this visit they so called Doctor called her again not even a day later and asked all the same questions over the phone that she had at the visit, my Mother in law thought nothing of it other than she must not have had written it all down at her appt and was unfortunately naive about her fraudulent and immoral ways. My mother in law was charged for the visit and for a “ phone call” a phone call for which she did not even advise her would be a charge. They Charged 3 months later for this call. Talk about suspicious… Southwell has some awful immoral Doctors!

Excellent Doctor! Dr.Ray truly listens and cares about her patients ,I am so thankful to have her as my doctor !
