Unbelievably rude and uncaring. Office staff is terrible!

I have been a patient of Dr. Wells for 5+ years and have always been very satisfied with the level of care received. Having a complex, not well understood painful disease I've lost count on the number of Drs that refused to treat me. Primary of 20 years refused but Dr Wells has continued to provide excellent care. I feel quite fortunate to have found him when I did.

Is willing to keep trying new treatments until patient satisfied

I wouldn't even call him a physician

We are so grateful to have been put in touch with Dr. Wells. My husband has been a patient for 2 years. He is truly the only Dr. that cared enough to treat my husband and not make him just a number. He is the BEST!

I have been seen at the office of Dr Wells for 11 months and have only seen him once which was my initial visit. Since I have seen an assistant

I was so happy when I found Dr. Wells and his staff, everyone is friendly and helpful. I have multiple problems and they have not given up on me nor have I given up on them. Everyone works together as a team to provide wonderful health care. Also I have never had any billing problems. I have been a patient there for many years.

If I could rate a zero I would. Saw Dr Wells for 4 mo. Meanwhile I kept getting worse. He said it could take a while to diagnose me. The last time I left his office, we headed straight for an urgent care doctor for help. The urgent care Dr would not let me leave the office in the condition I was in. I was taken straight from urgent care to the hospital where I spent 5 days. Dr Wells told me to go home and rest and I would be fine. Had we not gone to Urgent care after leaving his office. I may not be here to write this. He gets very upset if you question his treatments, and if you see this Dr. I would highly recommend to you that you question everything. He might not know what to do for you or what is wrong with you, but believe me he has no problem making sure you pay every penny he feels is owed, before you even walk in the door. I would never recommend this Dr to anyone.

I have been to several doctors over the past 10 years with my issues and he was very thorough and took the time to really ask questions about what I have been dealing with. He arrived at a diagnosis that was a relief to me even though it was not what I thought or expected. I am still under his care and after hearing horror stories of experiences with other doctors in the area I am glad I found Dr. Wells and his office.
