The visit its self was great every time there was nice we normally see Dr lowery and she’s great! Yesterday we had to see Dr Henson my son was not feeling well at all we saw her just for her to check his ears and to be told they look great and that it could be anything she’s not sure what it was wrong with him and that it could be Covid or anything but didn’t test him she just walked out and sent us on the way when we got home and my son was on the floor crying in pain I took him to urgent care to find out he has a DOUBE ear infection!! The same day Dr Henson said his ears looked great. I would definitely recommend this office just not this Dr!

She was very attentive and very nice. I have seen another doctor there who I did not like, and I just switched to her! She is awesome. She listens and actually does her best to help! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

We like Dr. Henson a lot! And that’s a really big deal. Very thorough and patient. We’ve had appointments run late and then on time. No complaints.

She came in and stay for less than 3 mins. Asked what’s wrong with my baby and was thorough in checking her but before she leave she didn’t asked if I had any questions for her. Said she’ll prescribe medicine and left. I waited and waited for a good 10 mins. Didn’t know we can leave. I finally walked out and asked and the ladies said we’re good to go. Even if they were busy or not I would’ve prefer a more friendly encounter.
