Dr. Alyssa Lettich, MD

I have seen Dr Lettich for many years for my chronic migraines. I've had nothing but good service with her. The only thing negative I have to say is that I am on SSDI for chronic migraines and she does not see that as a disability. She is an amazing provider and I give her a BIG thumbs up!

I saw Dr. Lettich for botox for migraine until they quit taking my insurance. Dr. Lettich was always prompt, friendly, competent and helpful. The front office staff could be very frustrating depending upon who waited on you, which is why I did not give her a 5.

My one and only appointment with Alyssa Lettich proved to be nothing short of traumatic.  Dr. Lettich did not listen to one word I said.  It was extremely evident that she spent her time before my appointment reading my psych chart (therapy notes) instead of my medical chart.  I went to Dr. Lettich at the beginning of my illness before I had any diagnoses.  I was incredibly ill and desperate for help when I went to see her.  I received the opposite of help.  Instead, Dr. Lettich decided it was a good idea to warn other doctors about me in my chart.  She lied numerous times in MY medical chart about things I said and about things we discussed.  Dr. Lettich's conclusion about me was "suspected somatization".  In no way do I fit that diagnosis.  Since seeing Dr. Lettich, I have been diagnosed with numerous chronic conditions and I am currently enrolled in 2 research studies for such illnesses.  In my appointment with Dr. Lettich, I asked her on 3 separate occasions about  symptoms… involving my hands and feet.  Three different times Dr. Lettich assured me that absolutely no harm could come to me in regards to my hands and feet... One of my diagnoses is biopsy proven neuropathy.  I do not believe Dr. Lettich is capable of the critical thinking required of her position.

Wonderful physician, always takes the time to answer questions. Highly recommend Dr. Lettich!

After shaking my hand, she asked a question with a lot of medical terms I was unfamiliar with. I asked her to repeat the question and she rolled her eyes at me! I knew we were off to a great start. After a fifteen minute review of my paperwork and a 90 second exam, she pretty much said that my primary care doctor and I are idiots and that she is the smartest person on the face of the earth! WRONG! I'm smart enough to know I will never subject myself to seeing you ever again! Oh and I was the only patient there and still had to wait 45 minutes. Don't waste your time, money or health on this woman.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. I am beside my self in horror at the allowance of Dr. Lettich and her assistant Amy to practice. My mother has an unexplained seizure, isolated episode. Dr. Lettich seemed capable enough to recognize that. However, the turmoil my family went through after that was a result of Lettich and her assistant Amy's inability to follow through with simple tasks such as sending and requesting test results, knowing ANY PART of Utah driving laws regarding seizures, returning calls or following through with ANY thing they said they would do. My mother's situation went on for 4 wretched months with these people where no consideration was shown for her time or situation. She was unable to drive FALSELY due to these people's errors!!!!! Four months of no driving for a woman who works full time and has to care for a disabled husband. If they would have been familiar with the laws, this all could have been cleared up much quicker causing SIGNIFICANTLY less… stress on our family. I could cry or scream with the frustration I feel towards this office and these two people specifically. Amy lied flat out to our face on more than one occasion saying she has completed steps she hadn't. A DISCRACE TO INTERMOUNTAIN HOSPITAL and the medical field as a whole. We finally got things sorted out by seeing a different doctor. If we were still waiting for Amy to follow through with what she said she would do AGAIN, we would still be waiting for her call that was supposed to arrive last Friday at 3:00pm. WOW!!! Please don't put your physical or mental health in the hands of these people. This paragraph is only the tip of the iceberg as I could write a novel.

After going to numerous Doctors and Neurologists for almost a year I was trying to get help or an explanation as to why I had an unexplained seizure I was finally referred to go to Dr . Lettich who unlike the other doctors I had seen listened to my concerns/complaints and finally found the problem which was two brain tumors. I am so grateful for her listening and taking the time to help me and get me into the best Nuerosurgeon. Thank you doctor Lettich I highly recommend her and her nurse Amy as my experience with them is nothing short of life changing. Love doctors like this!!!
