Dr. Amado Ramirez JR., MD

Very poor front desk service. I can never get an appointment when needed. Nurses are okay and doctor is nice.

My daughter was patient as a small child so of course, Dr. Ramirez being knowledgable and patient, we took my grand-daughter because he is so gifted. Every single visit is severely stressful to schedule an appointment, ask a question or any type of concern with Tina the Office Clerk/Medical Assistant or all of the above as the young man stated whom answered the telephone. My pregnant daughter had a scheduled appointment for my young grand-daughter in which circumstances beyond her control was late 3, yes three minutes. Tina as stated above stated: 'ok' and rescheduled the appointment for the next day anyway, which my daughter explained she had an OB appointment the next day and could not reschedule. Tina smiled and said "ok" and rescheduled anyway. On top of it all, there were 0, yes zero patients in the waiting room. My daughter broke into tears later. She does not need this type of uncalled for stress by this employee, whom is taking it upon herself to control familes lives in… our community. We have sent Dr. Ramirez countless of referrals over the years. Possibly, Tina should re-evaluate her attitude and service our community with care, respect and patience. Afterall, that should be her primary concern--the patient, or maybe her position has gone to her head. I am a veteran Admin. Asst. of over 34 years, I am truly disgusted with her behavior. Shame on you Tina! Dr. Ramirez, I sincerely hope you read these reviews, because you already have quite a few complaints regarding Tina. It would be a shame to lose so many families in our community that depend on you for medical care and reliability because of a sour employee. You are a remarkable Doctor Sir and do not deserve to be tainted by such behavior. Thank you for allowing me to vent :/

I know this doctor fron 12 years he is very good and he care abouth his patients,I highly recommended him

He is the best, he's never in a rush when he examines my child. I recommend him highly

Overall Dr. Ramirez is a good doctor. He knows what he is doing and will give you his opinion in detail. He seems very caring of my kids. Only bad thing is the waiting time to see the dr. It's a drag to be in office all morning.....You take a morning appointment and u wait more than an hour to see dr. Because he is not there..... The staff has been really nice except the front desk girl.....she's kinda rude but she's been ok lately.... If I were to find another clinic with a better doctor and better on waiting times I would surely move there.....

Dr Ramirez doesn't care about his patients, He only cares about money. I called to schedule an appointment for my sons annual checkup, and the only appointment they had was 1 month away. So I made the appointment, the day before his appointment I get a call from his office stating that he is on vacation and they have to reschedule??????? Ok so I schedule another appointment for the next month, and sure enough the same thing happened. I had to reschedule 3 time before we could get in to see him. He charges$ 10 for a paper that states when you went to visit him and why.

Dr ramirez is a good peda doc how ever his staff makes the visit a burden.

Dr.Amado Ramirez is an outstanding Pediatrician, I couldn't of selected a better doctor for our precious little angel. I feel we have been blessed knowing him. He truly cares and listens to our concerns. I highly recommend him!!

the doctor is great but the staff is horrible they are rude and very unprofessional it would be great if the doctor did something about it or he is going to loose clients

I am so happy I finally found a pediatrician that actually took the time to hear our concens and wasn't rushing out the door. I highly recommend Dr Ramirez he's been our son's doctor for the past two years and I have no complaints we call and they are very prompt with taking care of our son's needs.
