It's the staff. There are far too few of them - but they are so bad you are glad there aren't more. I waited six months for a prescription. SIX MONTHS. The Staff told me it was approved by insurance. After visiting and contact the office many times, I found out they had never even CHECKED! And they didn't even have my records there for me to look at. My health suffered because they were lying, making excuses, and refusing to do their jobs. If you can't trust the staff, you can't trust the doctor, and you DEFINITELY can't trust this doctor's staff. Clearly, they are hiring incompetent, untrained people and letting them do as they please. It's unethical in my opinion, and dangerous. There is no oversight. Last time I was there, there was nobody in charge. I asked. No, the people in charge were all working remotely. What??? Hiring good people costs money, so it's pretty clear why they are hiring chumps. But it's not right, and it's dangerous. Avoid at all costs. You'll be glad you… did.
