Front office staff competent. Wait time-extremely long, even for a physicians office. Referral for primary concern, not made until I called back (12 days later). Referral for secondary concern not made either. No one contacted me, even though I was told that was the process, which is why I made the call back to their office. These were not low priority referrals. Patient in distress. (Gastroenterology, Cardiac) Disappointing.

Dr. Andrade sets the bar very high for other Doctors. This Doctor is very therapeutic, Healing and caring .

I had a appointment with Dr. Andrade today and for the first time in my life I actually felt like someone cared about my health. I would trust this Doctor for all my health care needs and the staff was very caring. I highly recommend Mercy Clinic Health Primary Care located at South Jackson.
