Dr. Amanda Nicolle Davis, MD

Went in with ear pain, congestion, couldn’t hear, itchy ears. She was is my room less than 2 min!! Gave me a paper and was told over the counter meds and to rest. She didn’t answer questions and when I asked what else she recommended.. her response was “I’m going to type it up.” One of the worst if not the worst provider patient experience.

Excellent experience. Went in for a sore throat. Doctor Davis explained what was happening, she recommended a course of action, and to call back if it go worse. The wait time was only 15 minutes also. A very pleasant experience.

Went in for a dog bite. I have never been bitten, nor received stitches so I wasn't really sure what to expect. First she took a swab and literally wiped the wound once with betadine. Gave me a shot, but I could still feel a sharp object, gave me a second shot and proceeded to do the first 5 stitches. The last one really hurt. Went to second wound, got a shop, told her I can still feel it, this was only one shot but it did nothing so that really, really hurt because it wasn't numb at all. Three days later I'm going to TMH as my arm is now infected and stinks horribly with stuff coming out. Absolutely a wasted trip the first time around, but TMH off Thomasville Rd. is awesome so they will correct her error. Pretty sad when a doctor doesn't do it right. Not to mention, not friendly at all. Spoke nothing but her name and spoke when she had to. NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!!!!!!! I am rating her a 1 only because there isn't a zero. I will be filing a complaint with CHP also.

I came in with a severe sore throat and coughs and chills. Took a swab of my throat, and said no strep. You just need lots of rest and fluids. What a waste of my time and money!

No clear instructions, just a piece of paper. She left the room before I could ask anything.

Dr. Davis was very professional and made an accurate diagnosis for my son. My experience was positive and I will be happy to have her see me or my family member again.

Dr. Davis acted like I was crazy to even come in with my son that had a 101.2deg temp. They took his reading at 98.6, when he was clearly burning up and his mouth was open during the test. Dr. Amanda N. Davis insisted it was nothing and refused to recheck the temp test and sent us on our way with no help at all. Horrible service, wish ot never see her again, absolutely terrible!!!

Dr. Davis took the time to make sure all of my needs were met. She informed me on my possible options before letting me decide which I thought was best for me and my family. I will definitely be requesting her the next time I need to visit the Urgent Care.

After a very brief consultation, Dr. Davis disappeared for over 20 minutes to "print [my] prescriptions." When she reappeared, she just handed me the prescriptions and shuffled me out of the room, taking no time to go over any possible side effects or interactions with the meds. She didn't even tell me where to check out, leaving me alone in the hallway in a near-empty office with no idea where to go. She seemed like she would rather have been anywhere else than helping patients.
