Dr. Amanda Dorn, MD

Goes out of her way to care for patients. Of course she bills for her time outside of face to face time, why shouldn't she. She is very much worth it. She only tries outside of the box stuff with complex psychiatric patients like me. Wouldn't want to go to a 10 or 15min med pusher. They never really get to know you, they just check the boxes. Most doctors that are good at difficult health care eventually go to this billing method because of declining insurance reimbursements and singling out of small in number providers. Just know she is well worth looking into.

Unknowledgeable, prescribes dangerous medication combinations not suitable for patient's diagnoses. Adds fees and charges whenever she can for anything she does outside of calls, such as prescribing medicine, returning an email, etc

Over the years I have seen several other doctors. When the doctor I was seeing left, she replaced him. She had me figured out in the first visit. As long as she stays in the area, she is my choice of psychiatrist.
