It is easy to see there is a snarky little click with two other doctors close by. They treat your family history as if it is a story to ignore. You are met with skepticism and judgement. Go at your own risk.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I relocated from SoCal and needed a new GYN. First and foremost, when the office called to confirm my appointment, they specifically said only one person can come with me and to call when you arrive for them to give the "ok" for me to come up due to COVID. I did this only to get to the waiting room with many clients with more coming in after me. Pretty much every seat in the waiting room was taken. Strike 1.. Second, I asked the front staff if the Dr was running late, they said yes a little. Ok no biggie. I arrived at 2:25 for a 2:30 appointment all new forms printed and ready to go. I was not taken back until 3:35... Strike 2. Third, they took vitals and sat me in a room for another 45 mins before the doctor came in. I had to ask the staff what was going on, the office manager comes in with a cup of water and chocolates because she heard I was frustrated. This appointment was for a yearly check up only. I asked about a possible ingrown hair/cyst… the dr replied to make another appointment to have it cut out. After my checkup was done, I went to checkout at the front desk, they charged me a specialist copay for my annual visit (annual visits are covered at 100% by insurance), per the office manager my visit was "difficult" and they "reviewed records from my previous doctor" so "they aren't going to miss out on money". Mind you they are the ones who told me to bring my previous records. STRIKE 3 I will never return here again! 2 and a half hours for an appointment is ridiculous, I've never spent this much time at a DRs apt and I voiced this at the end, the office manager replied with "well go find another doctor that will see you in a shorter amount of time in El Paso, its not likely". DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE. They seem very shady.

Okay! Dr. Hollingsworth? Is absolutely AMAZING. Excellent bedside manner and very thorough. I highly recommend her!! Her medical assistant? Not so much. She called me and provided me false test results, saying I have a condition I absolutely did not have. She said she needed to refer me to the public health department for further testing. I re-ran the blood work with my Family Doctor and the results were normal. I asked for a copy of my labs from Dr. Hollingsworth and they were normal too! The medical assistant refuses to return my phone calls and admit her mistake. I’m sorry that’s very disgusting to do that to a patient. Also the medical assistant cancelled my ultrasound appointment without my consent.

I am telling all of my friends to not ever pick this doctor or go with her at all because it first takes a long time to be seen then when you are seen the doctor has no real experience she has her nurses basically do everything for her, also she acts cold to people she does not care about patients she only cares about her self if she has something to do you as the patient better not be late she will tell you she has no time for you. I disliked that they want you to drop everything for them but they cannot make a little exemption for you. I will never ever go with this doctor again, AND I WILL TELL ALL THE PEOPLE THAT I COME ACROSS NOT TO USE HER FOR ANY REASON. SHE IS BED AND HAS NO KNOWLEDGE.

I transferred to Hollingsworth at 32 wks. The appts were fine as far as the wait & being informed by the nurse all of your info blood pressure etc. Hollingsworth beat around the bush & did not give direct answers. I went in to the hospital 2x with full sale contractions that had a pattern but with no real dilation was sent home by a nurse & hollingsworth never came to check on me (her office next door). Finally on my due date I was induced. She never came to check on me after the process started. My nurse changed all the time. What was supposed to be a natural birth went slowly downhill. By the next day I still hadn't dilated much only 1 cm. so they decided to do a procedure to speed it up that they used for still births involving a weight and balloon. I requested no epideral but after lots of insistence of Hollingsworth I gave in. The procedure was supposed to take hours to work yet in 30 min I dilated 5cm. Still no one checked my sons position or anything. My water broke that day..… Or so I thought and a nurse thought as well. However another nurse checked me that night and I had a big leak so she broke my water herself. Still never seeing Hollingsworth except for the procedure. Finally late that night Hollingsworth says we will do a c-section... The next day. When I finally went in for the c-section to my surprise there were students observing and I hadn't been informed or agreed to that. She was completely unconcerned for my comfort as the sheet covering my privates fell to the floor and I had to maneuver myself to get it and cover back up. By the time they got my son out I heard no crying and was heavily drugged because of my outrage. Finally I heard a faint cry and got to see him. He was completely purple shortly after I passed out. A nurse told my mother that the reason I didn't dilate was his head had been slightly turned and no pressure was being applied, which could've been easily fixed had my dr checked on me. Also they had waited too long for the c section (I was there 3 days before they did it) and he wasn't breathing when they took him out, that's why there was no cry. I couldn't stay awake afterwards and passed out nursing or while talking. Finally I was discharged a week later and still couldn't stay awake. When I went back for my check up I was informed I had needed a transfusion but hadnt been asked to sign the paper ahead of time and for some reason she hadnt had my mother or husband sign either. She simply skipped it. She is your worst nightmare and I am on my second son about to deliver. Thank god for my new dr. He was horrified at the story of my last baby.

Dr. Banerji has been my physician for over 3 years and I would highly recommend her. She is thorough and spends time going over your issues. I live 86 miles away and will have no problems going to see her.

I have heard some people think she is too harsh/blunt, but I really like her. I have been her patient since she came to Alamogordo when she was a new doctor. She may not have 15+ yrs of experience, but that has not bothered me as she is very determined to help people,and looks out for her patients. When she did not know something she was not afraid to say that she did not- which I would prefer far above someone's pride in not wanting to admit that they don't know everythig and then do something that ends up hurting me. But whenever she did not know something, she would find out and follow-up with me, whether it was at that same appointment or the next. She is very willing to work with all kinds of specialists that have an impact on your particular circumstances to see that you receive the best care. She has an excellent memory and is very willing to work with you. She takes the time to answer any questions you have. Sometimes, but certainly not the majority of the time, the wait can be… a little bit on the long side, but judging by how much time she spends with me, I assume she is giving the same quality of care to others, so if I expect her to treat me with respect and consideration that I like, I need to make allowance for other people receiving the same, and if that takes a bit of extra time then so be it. Also, in regards to her being a newer dr. because of the slight isolation of Alamogordo, and the lack of specialist (it's 4 hrs to the nearest infertility specialist) she has a had a very steep learning curve and has had to deal with all kinds of issues, so she perhaps become more aware of different issues more quickly than had she been in a big city with lots of specialists. Overall a very good doctor.

Emergency visit to the ER Banerji correctly diagnosed torsion if not for her I would have been sent home, instead I got emergency surgery!
