my kid was referred to her for a full psych eval cause he got in trouble for some minor stuff at high school. dr explained the evaluation before hand and we went over alot of forms to make sure I understood what was going on. I gave permission for her to talk to teachers and my kids doctors. She interviewed me and my husband and had us fill out questonairres. She talked to my kid for about an hr with us in the next room and then did some testing. He had to come back the next day for more testing cause he got tired and cranky. I liked that she reminded us she would be gathering more info from teachers and his therapist. She gave us forms to give to them. Then about 2 weeks later she called to set up a time to review all the results nad the report. we went in and had it explained iand got a chance to ask wuestions. my kid has depression and a learning disorder and that is why he acts out. this was good cause we got referred to someone to treat him. dr was professional and careful with… our situation. I liked how we knew everything before it happened and the results belonged to us not the school. but we gave the report to the school guidance and now they are giving him special learning classes to help him even more. overall a very good thing but sad too

Saw dr in a comfortable office setting. The limits and perimeters of what we were doing was explained and she gave me a written copy of it. I had to sign a consent form for testing. We talked about my background for and he and a halve and then I did testing for about 3 hrs. She called me back in a week later and went over the results. We discussed options and my preferences. She said the report was going to my employer and they decide what happens. I haven’t heard back from the job yet but I think she was very professional and wanted to know all sides of what happened. I knew she was gonna ask to talk to other people cause I signed forms with their info on it. I heard she did make the calls and just asked for info but isn’t tell anyone anything about me. I feel good about how it went. I think the other reviews on here are probably just angry people who didn’t get what they wanted. But u can’t please everyone I guess. She did a accurate report of my situation and told me about her… ethics to report the facts. I would be surprised if she had any other motives other than doing a good job.

Very professional. Explained the process and her role. Did 6 hrs of testing in a comfortable office location then an interview. Second visit she gave me feedback about the testing and asked some more questions. Not sure why other people had such a problem..she was ethical and professional..wrote a report. Maybe they were just aholes..I dk.?

Saw this person for va sc exam for ptsd. Very professional, followed protocol, explained everything real well. She made it clear that she doesn’t make decisions about vets getting money. We talked about the process. She was business like and intelligent seeming. She said it wasn’t therapy and helped me to understand why I was there and what we were doing. We went through all the questions like I expected it wasn’t as bad as many have told me. It was just an exam to get va the information they want. I think it went well and was easy. The company was ok-they called a ton to remind me which was good. Address was hard to find tho sign was covered by palm tree.

She helped me to figure out some really important things about myself. You have to have the ego strength and fortitude to do the hard work. If you do, she will have your back all the way.

So this evaluator was very patient and listened to what I had to say. She explained her role and we had a good discussion of the limits of her role. I think she did a fair and honest assessment of my situation. I think the other folks who are so bitter about her on here don’t really understand the disability process.

Very skilled!

Exceptional!! She treated me for over a year. Went from closed hard PTSD, to an open man with no shame to say there is love in my heart again.
