Dr. Amanda V Mclain, MD

I went to see Dr. Mclain a few times. She is a great doctor but her office staff was absolutely horrid. I was told I would be called back to schedule an appointment and they never called back. This happended several times. They were very rude every time I called. I recently called for an appointment and was told Dr Mclain had moved. I was never notified that she was leaving. I asked if I could see another doctor in their office and was told that they werent excepting new patients. TERRIBLE customer service. I will never go back and will tell everyone I know about the horrible experience I had. Someone should update this page as she is no longer in the Crafts street office.

Excellent PCP. Listens very well and does not rush you at all. Follows through on anything you need. Actually calls you herself to check in or ask a question!

Amanda is a great doctor and the best I've ever had!!!

I was new to the area and had a truly terrible case of strep throat. She was wonderful and got me taken care of immediately. Loved her!

Dr. McLain is a terrific physician. She is very prompt, caring, thorough and patient. She spends enough time with her patients to understand their problems and to develop an appropriate solution to solve them. Her office staff is helpful and courteous and she does not make you wait forever to see her. She also always follows up and is very responsive if you need to see her in a rush. Terrific doctor!

Great for young women who need a physician. Dr McLain is trustworthy, explains everything, able to refer to the correct specialist if needed and will follow up with you. Safe space.
