Dr. Amanda Herrin Mcpherson, MD

She nearly cost me my life. I was sent to her because my spouse didn't think he could make it to my doctor in time. I told her I was having a large baby over 9 pounds and needed a c section. She didn't believe me. She told me she wanted me to push so she can get me out of the way and go on her vacation to Hawaii. Yelled at me and made me push 14 hours. Even turned off my epidural as a punishment saying that should make me push harder. She brought in a long body mirror so I can see what I looked like down there. When I saw what I saw, I broke down crying. This all after suction and forceps failed. She finally ordered the c section I told her I needed 14 hours prior. My baby was over 9 pounds like I told her would be. She left to Hawaii and never checked on me again. I taught myself how to walk and was back in the hospital 3 days later because my body was swollen with fluid do to heart failure.

She is the BEST doctor I've ever been too! I would recommend any girl in search for a sweet thorough doctor,who knows what they are doing, to go see Dr Mcpherson! She takes her time with each patient and called to check on me a few times after my surgery! She hands down is the best OBGYN and has one amazing nurse by her side!! Go see her! :)
