Dr. Mandy Reimer Belsterling, MD

Dr. B is one of my favorite physicians. The list of physicians by which I’ve been treated is not short. She is certainly, without exception, my favorite specialist. She is so relaxed, easy, humble, and compassionate. Very down to earth for her bandwidth, for sure. Her staff has also always been a sterling example of how a medical practice should treat its patients. That being said, lately I’ve experienced severe aggression and irritability from Dr. B’s MA. In the clinic, she’s always been very attentive and professional - even with my late arrivals. I am high-maintenance and have no problem admitting that, but I’m never rude. I’m not sure why lately our miscommunication has made her huffy, but it is a SORE representation of this fine doctor, and what she has worked hard to achieve in the way of care for her patients. So, the subtracted star was for Stephanie alone. I hope a bad apple doesn’t spoil a swell bunch.
