Dr Trucksess was outstanding in conducting my EMG nerve test. In addition to having a pleasant disposition, she was competent and extremely knowledgeable. I appreciated the fact that she was sensitive to my concern with the needles involved. Honestly, she is the best physician I’ve seen at any of the Ortho Virginia offices. The nerve test is by far not a fun experience, but Dr Trucksess made it so that I could get through it well!

She listens well, and shares all of the details of the findings from MRIs and others, treating me as having the intelligence to observe the results of scan, and providing her assessment and a course of action and possible ways that will play out over the coming months and years. And she did this with empathy, quiet but clear confidence. I am glad she is my physician.

I have seen Dr. Trucksess several times over the past year for an ongoing back, knee and hip problem. She listens attentively, asks lots of questions, and comes up with plans to alleviate the problems. I feel heard and understood during appointments. I highly recommend Dr. Trucksess and only wish there were more doctors like her!

Excellent Dr. with great bedside manner. She explains everything in detail so that the pt can understand what the treatment options are. She performed PRP on my elbow a few years ago. The pain is completely gone. Highly recommend her for anyone needing ortho services.
