They can not handle a wheelchair bound patient. I saw a woman today being treated in the entrance way to the lobby more like a dirty storage area. Her wheelchair would not fit through narrow doors.

They refused to see me on 2 occasions I had to go to the emergency room for something so simple

WORST doctor EVER!!! Stay away from her. She & her staff are very unfriendly, office is dirty and she is extremely unprofessional

I will not ever go back to this dr....the first time I went to her was to get a referral to an orthopedic. ..she got all on me for not coming to see her before this.the second time I went n seen her she wheeled around in a seat yelled out the room to a nurse then said undet her breath im spending to much this with this patient. The 3rd time was for more referrals..she was rude n wouldn't let me speak...said I have an attuide but I didn't. ..her staff didn't even get the referral right...they dont know what they are doing over there at not.

She walked in from lunch 30 minutes after my appointment time holding an ice cream sundae. 45 minutes past my appt time I finally get called back. After about 5 minutes of me trying to explain my medical history to her and her interrupting my every sentence she looks at me and says "you look agitated". I then informed her I was, with her professionalism. Then she yelled at me and kicked me out of her office. Her children were running around the lobby the whole time I was there also. Most unprofessional md I have ever been to!

Violates privacy, treats patients poorly, incredibly disrespectful. Avoid this physician at all costs.

I have heard mny things about Dr.Zadie however my personal experience was nothin like the things I have read.She listens,my appointments are in a timely manner,and the service from the staff was wonderful.when I spoke to other patients they all say that they love her services.and I look forward to my medical journey as her patient

Dr Zaide and her staff are knowledgeable, helpful and considerate. Her depth of commitment and dedication of her patients is unrivaled in the Jacksonville. My doctor now for the last five years, I would recommend Dr Zaide to all that are truly interested in improving their health and well being.

This doctor and her staff are awful! No one seemed to know what they were doing. I had to repeat myself multiple times for the nurse because she didn't understand what I was saying. The nurse didn't even know what a clinical was (which as a nurse you should know since you have to complete one to be a nurse). But that wasn't the worst of it, Dr. Zadie had to draw my blood and when she did it she stuck the needle in missed the vein and then continued to pull the needle out and back in a couple of times and when that did not work she then turned the needle sideways and with her other hand tried to push the vein into the needle. She finally got it and filled one container when she realized she needed two more containers she then told me to hold the container while it was still attached to the tube and needle in my arm while she went to find more containers. Then when giving me a shot she jammed it in my arm then of course it started to bleed so she went to put a band-aid on it but put it… an inch and a half below where she gave me the shot I had to take it out and put it back on to stop and cover the bleeding. When it was time to check out the same nurse told me it would be 65 dollars. I said why the doctor told me 30 for the shot. She then told me I had to pay the 20% also which I have never had to do with any doctor they always bill TRICARE first and then me. I asked her why and that I have never had to pay 20% she said that's how we do it so I need the 65 dollars. To me it seemed to much so I asked what the amount for the overall visit was she told me and I then did the math and I only owed them 50 (20 dollars for the 20% and 30 for the shot). I told her this and she said okay 55 dollars and I said I just told you 50 is the correct math and she pulled her calculator out and did the math and said fine 50 dollars. I will never go there again they are so bad!

Dr. Zaide has suffered an extraordinary personal tragedy & I try very hard to cut her some slack for that; but there is ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE for how patients are treated by the front office staff. I have never been treated so rudely and/or disrespectfully. One even came out into the lobby to scream in my face. I tried very hard to turn the preverbial Christian cheek but I was completely offended and left. I actually saw this occur several times over a couple of visits & patients just went elsewhere. They have fired all their nurses & are now using students...my x-ray was the 1st she had done. The Office Manager tells them what tests to do and the doctor what prescriptions to write. It is a critical disaster waiting to happen. It is actually a shame..once upon a time she was a good doctor. I wouldn't trust her with my hamster now.
