Great doc!

I’m normally not fully trusting of doctors from a previous bad experience but by my second visit she nailed my my problems on the head. Giving her my symptoms and some tests she had done on me and today I feel like a new person. My health vastly improved.

Dr Chandrasena really takes time to ask all the right questions. She cares about my health and inquires about all aspects of my well-being.

I scheduled a new patient appointment with Dr Chandrasena, I had to wait 3 months. I called her "call center" to confirm my appointment the morning of and yes, in fact I was on the schedule. I took off work, traveled 40 minutes and was there 20 minutes early. At that time I'm told that they had cancelled my appointment and put in another new patient because they couldn't speak to me to confirm my appointment. I had no idea dr offices would cancel an appointment when I showed up early. I work and did not receive any messages etc. Very Very disappointed - Very Very unprofessional.

Very disappointing in her service as a GP Doctor. I have a very serious illness and she spent 2 min seeing me in her office and stated to have me bring my problems to the specialist that I am seeing and that do not send her any info on my blood work , hospital visits to her. So frustrating as my illness is very serious. I would not recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Chandrasena and her whole staff are a breath of fresh air. They are kind, helpful and listen. Dr. Chandrasena is knowledgeable and explains things well. She is patient and responsive, supportive and firm when needed. I'm so happy I found her and her staff too!

Rude, abrasive, condescending and unavailable. I waited for over an hour and she only spent 5 minutes with me.

I made an appointment to get a physical for my annual wellness visit! They said I had to come talk to the Dr first, then get my testing done, then talk to the Dr about the testing . then I can have a physical, First visit, took 20 minutes and they charged my insurance $250. and me $25.00. Got my tested done and then Dr. Chandrasena does not even show up for my second visit to the office. The office staff blame me for the wrong date until I showed them the card with the appointment on it! They did!! Rude office staff!!! I ask for a call to go over the test results --- never got one. Went in and got a copy of my test results and had to go elsewhere to get my test result explained to me. My physical appointment was then cancelled by the Dr because she did not want to come in that day. Switched Doctors the next day.
