Dr. Amber Ferrell, MD

Dr. Ferrell was okay. However, when I called to make an appointment, the receptionist was rude. I did not a lecture on what an annual visit is. If you have a patient that calls for an annual and you know they may be billed simply and KINDLY explain that. Key word KINDLY. Some of these receptionists need to retire. Its giving burnt out.

The care I always receive from doctor ferrell is GREAT!. She always listens attentively to my concerns. The entire team at the clinic always displays a high level of professionalism and always makes me feel comfortable. I have followed doctor Ferrell from two Brooklyn offices to her current Staten Island and will travel to Texas if I had to. I LOVE YOU DOCTOR FERRELL YOU ARE AWESOME!!

Dr. Ferrell is truly God-sent, being a high-risk patient she provided me with the best care possible for both Of my children. I have never seen a doctor go above and beyond to make their patient comfortable like Dr. Feller. I will definitely recommend her.

I waited over 2 hours for my first prenatal appointment with this doctor. I was told that she was delivering a baby and that is why I had to wait. There were also 3 other women in front of me waiting as well. I waited only to finally be seen and told that she could find my baby heart beat. She sent me for a scan in the main hospital. I waited over 24hrs to receive confirmation that in fact I was having a miscarriage. There was no clear follow up on how I should proceed or the next steps since I wasnt bleeding or passing anything out. The doctor totally ignored my phone calls and text messages while i walked around with a DEAD EMBRYO INSIDE OF ME. I will be reporting her and this hospital to the Joint Commission. Stay Away. Trust me.

I love her! She is great at her job and makes you feel comfortable to talk to her about any issues you’re having. She delivered my two children and I tell everyone about her!

My experience with Dr. Ferell the best. She is very thorough with her patients she took extra care of me during my labor cause i was having complications. She made me feel confident that me and my baby were in good hands. She shows so much passion in her patients like we are her children lol not just patients. She's so warming and so easy to talk to. But my only con is she doesn't have any weekend appointments she highly recommended i really wish she can have some weekend appointments availability-hint hint lol.

She is a great Doctor. Very professional, she makes her patients feel comfortable, no issue too difficult for her to explain. She has a solution for everything when it come to you and making sure you have a great pregnancy. She makes baby delivery a breeze. Depending on the time of your appointment, you may have wait time, I always take the first or last appointment.
