Doctor refuses charges a fee for not treating a problem. Does not inform patient verbally that she requires televising. It was not noticed until later and then Dr. Jarvais will not do biopsy without televising.

Dr. Jarvis appeared to be a very sympathetic doctor when I first met her, but after seeing her for over a year and still not getting a proper diagnosage I began to worry about her expertise. Instead of diagnosing my main problem Dr. Jarvis found a host of other issues to discuss, disregarding my initial problem, which caused me the most pain. After seeing Dr. Jarvis for over a year I believe she finally gave up on helping me and instead of trying to help me find the root of my problem (which has since been diagnosed as IBD and Endometriosis)she criticized me on other unrelated issues. Dr. Jarvis became very unprofessional, very uncaring, unsympathetic, and suddenly stopped seeing me without telling me. I would show up for appointments and she would reschedule after I had been waiting over 2 hours for her. I believe she became frustrated being that she was a resident and I had one of the more complex cases, but she should have referred me to another doctor instead of treating me the way… she did.
