Dr. Amber Dawn Mounday, MD

Day 2 in the ER for passing out and seizures (was discharged after day 1). The main tests came back normal, so this Doctor discounted that anything was going on and was overly quick to get us discharged. Would not even consider admitting to monitor. Surprisingly, she refused to acknowledge that my wife was even having seizures, which their own staff had agreed happened in the ER lobby. She also refused any further testing, just digging in her heels. Very disappointing and dangerous. Mark and avoid.

Very judgmental doctor. Spoke with myself and my husband for about 3 minutes max without asking any questions nor wanting to hear what I had to say. I believe she thought I was fishing for pain medication. We could hear her talking about me in the hallway. I quickly removed the blood pressure cuff, got dressed and walked out. Straight to administration to complain! Horrible experience.

I went in for an ER visit and was dissapointed with how Dr. Mounday treated me. She cut me off multiple times and did not listen to what was going on. She has an extremely condescending attitude.

I have Cystic Fibrosis so at first glance of my chart you should very well know I know what is necessary for my body. Dr. Mounday accused me of being a drug addict, as well as denied me of getting another doctors opinion as I did not feel safe leaving the ER yet. She then went on to tell me "go to the University of Utah." & walked off. I was discharged without any help for my pain, or any answers of what the problem could be. NO one deserves the kind of disrespect this lady had for me as a patient.

Absolutely hated my entire 10 minute experience with her. Was not interested in helping my emergency, but made sure she was cruel and condescending. Didn't have or ask for my medical history and proceeded to judge and ridicule. My primary care physician was appalled at her cruel and judgmental report. I left not knowing anything about my life threatening condition or follow-up care, but she made sure I left in tears. Avoid at all costs!
