Dr. Ambreen Aslam, MD

Not only a good Dr., she goes out of her way to help patients with their needs

My son has been visiting this doctor since his birth. She is not only one the best doctors, she is a wonderful person too, treats her patients, specially kids with love and care. By the way her Clinic name is "Luv n Care Pediatrics", which I think tells us the whole story about this doctor.

Wait is always 1 hour or more, front office staff is awful have no passion for what they do. Doctors are decent but not good enough for my child's care.

I have been going to this office for a year now. I love Dr. Aslam and this entire office. They are open for Saturday appointments and I don't ever have to wait long to be called back. The staff goes out of their way to fill out any paperwork I need and have always been quick to follow up on a referral that they've given me. I never feel rushed when I'm in the office with them, and Dr. Aslam makes sure to check if I have any questions. 5 star rating!!

When I first started bringing my kids to dr. Aslam she seemed interested and was willing to spend the time to listen to my concerns. Recently she gained more clients, hired more staff and became less in tune to our needs/concerns. She hounded me about having my child see a GI because of being underweight, and I kept telling her I'm not concerned my child is fine. Both of my kids are petite, its in their genes. I took my child to finally see a GI and had a horrible experience. Nothing was resolved from that visit, except another copay, parking fees,a 5-hr dr. visit and long commute. She and her staff have no bedside manner. Dr. Ambreen saw me getting off the phone in the waiting room, but immediately said she would come back and closed the door. She had me wait with my infant undressed for another 20-30 minutes before coming back after we had already waited 30 min. prior. The other dr referred to my child as a 'he' on several occasions after I told the dr she was not a 'he'. The dr… failed to apolgize for the mix up and attempted to defend her theory as to why she got mixed up. The nurses do not do their jobs and try to get you to do the dirty work. On several occassions I have been asked to collect poop samples and send to the lab. You do the job and send off the samples!
