Bad doctor and terrible staff

Horrible!!! If the word uncaring, uncouth and unprofessional had a picture in the dictionary it would be a picture of Ambreen Sharaf

Horrible rude staff that dont care about themselves (sloppy and lazy)..and Dr. Seems she care..but she never follow up

My medical problems didn't have a chance, this doctor is so professional that she pursues your medical issue with a vengeance, and it is because of her dedication and compassion in solving the problem, I am here today, you see I was all most 400 hundred pounds and suffering with high blood pressure, congested heart failure, and sugar diabetes, but this didn't phase her, she just said I'm going to get you better, she treated me, and referred me to a Gastric Bypass Surgeon, who also was a pit-bull of a doctor when it comes down to going after a medical problem, thank to her I am 180 pounds now and free from most of all of these problems. God bless you Doctor Sharaf your services to me are off the chart, you are more than a doctor to me and my wife, your patience forever, Bishop Don N. McKenzie Sr.

My appointment was at 10:45am, I waited in the waiting room for and hour before I finally got up and left at 11:40am. I told the staff who didn’t care and was rude.

Dealing with her office staff and her has been the worst experience ever. First of all, you'll have to wait 30-45 mins in the waiting room even when you arrive on time for your appointment. That's because they are greedy af and try to book 5 patients at the same time. Then when the doctor finally comes in she will talk to you for 2 mins and she's obviously distracted and then she runs off to see another patient. As a result she never listens to you when you tell her that a certain medication is not working for you and is giving you terrible side effects. she'll tell you to come back in a month instead of taking it seriously and changing it for you. She's the reason my parent's diabetes spiked up. I have half the mind to report her to the board. Now, we have sticked with her for over a year before finally having enough. Her office staff will constantly schedule appointments wrong and keep leaving voicemails to confirm appointments you didn't make. You will call them for something… important and serious like running out of certain medicine and needing the prescription sent to pharmacy asap which they are suppose to do anyway but never do and they will never return your call. Anytime I've asked them for something important and I've been waiting for an answer you bet they will NEVER return your call. Not only the office staff is disrespectful with bad attitude, combined with the money hungry mentality to overbook patients, this mediocre doctor doesn't make it worth it. At all. Find someone else.

Her office lost my sons records and never recorded to the ImmTrac. We had to redo all his shots for the High school.Very unprofessional ..stay away from them.
