Dr. Ambrose Aboud, MD

Dr Aboud and all of his staff are very cordial and listen to your needs. Mary, Santos, Gilbert and Manny are such great staff to deal with. Dr. Aboud had done more for me in a year that all my other doctors did combined in the past. It is normally a long wait to see him, but he is worth it. He doesn't miss anything and the staff always returns call. I would highly recommend him!

i read the comments and nothing has changed in 38 yrs. at one time i was at sun towers hospital in el paso as assistant oncology director. aboud was the director. he is quite jovial with his patients and appears to care for them, which is a façade. once a patient turns the corner towards a downward spiral, aboud hands you off to his assistants and blames them for your pending death and blames his assistants in front of patients. he is rude, crude and cares only for his financial prosperity......38 yrs ago he made 6 million/yr....and what you call rude assistants...they are repeating what he ordered them to say. then he denies it, and scolds assistants in front of patient and family....once i witnessed him telling his assistant to tell the patient his illness was terminal...patient became very upset. aboud denied ordering his assistant to say that and told patient they were healthy and they could go home.....i heard him give that order. his assistant resigned and i also a few… weeks later.....he was also treating myself and family. best thing i ever did was resign......

Been a patient for some time. Long waiting times, rude staff, doctor falling asleep most of the time, follows ups are always the same with little feed back from the doctor which acts so tire all the time. Follow by a long time waiting for prescription which are incorrect. Refills are a headache, staff takes their sweet time to follow up with the pharmacy. Staff blames the doctor for bad service and wasted time. Time to move on to another facility where I am not stressed out to go see the doctor. Good luck to everyone who keeps going to this place. And keeps giving good reviews, which causes new patients to waste their time and money.

Dr. Aboud great! Dr. knows his field very well, but his staff is rude and act like if they are doing you a favor. if it wasn't for Dr. Aboud's professionalism, I would have gone else where. Takes quite a long for an office visit,( 3-4 hours). One hour before vitals are taken, two hours waiting for Dr. in waiting room and another hour for prescriptions. make sure you review your meds before you leave office because 50% time the staff has messed up on your prescriptions. staff are liars and never follow through. Beware Mary is rude and has a façade of professionalism. Office mgr.,. Santos thinks he's the Dr.. I know its hard to get a good staff but this office staff has no etiquette, what's so ever. Anyway thank you Dr. Aboud

Dr. Aboud and his staff are very courteous this was my 2nd visit. It does take time to see the dr but it's worth the wait. Would recommend to family and friends.

Once agian,waiting in lobby over a hour and mary the receptionist igores you no gteetind and upset when u ask a question hate cming because of her. Staying bevause dr is great. Desetves bettet staff

Doctor has great bedside manners - staff is not courteous- they are rude and if they don't like you they make you wait for your prescriptions and paperwork about 2 hours. Very, very RUDE. Doctor needs a new staff. Only the male staff is courteous.

I have never seen an office staff that is so uncooperative. They will not let you make appointments, they never listen to the doctor's instructions on how to follow up with the patient, the staff just plain ignores you.

Most caring doctor i've known. Will personally answer your call !

Dr. Ambrose Aboud is an excellent physician, he actually cares about his patients and their well being. If it weren't for him, my grandmother and auntie along with my grandfather who all suffered from some form of cancer would have died. There are no words to describe in exact detail how amazing this doctor is!
