Dr. Ali earned his Bachelor of Arts in Cell Biology and Neuroscience with magna cum laude from Rutgers University in 2012. After earning his Osteopathic degree from Rowan University in 2016, Dr. Ali completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Mercy Medical Center in New York. His focus is to help get patients back to doing their daily activities and improve their functional status, so they may regain quality of life.Dr. Ali completed a NASS-recognized Interventional Spine and Musculoskeletal Fellowship at Virginia iSpine Physicians under the mentorship of Dr. Michael DePalma. During this fellowship he has co-Authored a book chapter on Complications of Basivertebral Nerve Ablation. Additionally he was involved in multiple clinical research trials investigating the newest available treatments for painful spinal conditions.In his free time, Dr. Ali enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. He also enjoys hiking and traveling.

My name is Gary Safadago age 78, I only have the highest praise for Dr, Ameer Ali. I have been his patient for three plus years and he has always took the best of care of me. I have my complete faith in his professional opinions on my care which is extensive in nature due to chronic cervical and lumbar injuries dating back two decades. I have had several pain management doctors but Dr. Ameer Ali surpasses all of them in his care and his joyfulness.
