Absolutely the best. So knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Laing was our doctor for the birth of our third child. By far the best doctor we have ever had. Can't recommend highly enough.

I went in to see this doctor for a routine yearly check up as well as some concerning breast issues. This was my first time there. They neglected to give me a pregnancy test but was quick to give me a full panel of STD testing (which my insurance did not cover and they refused to re-code_ when I only had one partner and no indications or risk factors for STDS. I had abnormal breast issues for my age and the doctor completely ignored it. I found out three weeks later that I was pregnant. This was completely overlooked by the physician. A week later (5 weeks after my PAP), the staff called me telling me I had abnormal cells come up in my PAP and that I needed to be screening for cancerous cells(to which I got upset and started crying) and the receptionist told me "she didn't understand why I was so upset" (?!??!!!) I wouldn't go back to there if they were the only doctor available.

Dr. Laing is open and honest. I have been going to Dr. Laing for 10 years. She has birthed both my children. I feel comfortable talking to her about anything, we have even shared laughs. She is very professional and caring. I couldn't imagine going to anyone else. I recommend her highly!Those working in both her office locations are great, from the receptionist to the nurses! They are professional and courteous.

Dr. Laing is a wonderful doctor. She is very well educated. However, her staff is inconsiderate, unorganized, and always messing appointments up. I can name atleast 5 people that I know, that have had there appointments moved or switched without there consent. The office staff does nothing about this. I now have to call several times before my scheduled apointment, just to make sure that my appointment wasnt moved without me knowing.

Dr. Laing is a wonderful combination of gentle bedside manner, high professional standards, and deep knowledge of her specialty. She did a D&C for me after a miscarriage. Subsequently, she delivered my daughter and has been my OB-GYN ever since. I think she is the best doctor in our area, in terms of allowing a patient to have the kind of birth they would like to have, whatever that would be. She is very supportive of breastfeeding, which I also appreciate.
