Dr. Amelia Yvonne Murray, MD

One of the worst experiences I have had with a doctor from the nurse check in to the actual phone visit which was less than 30 seconds. The level of unprofessionalism from the nurse started the call off terribly. I would highly NOT recommend this doctor ever. Please learn some bedside manner.

Dr. Murray is the most conscientious Dr. I have ever met. She is thorough. She takes the time to listen, and she knows her patients. In 1996, I fainted in my classroom. My husband was called, and he took me to Dr. Murray. After her very thorough exam, she told me she wanted me to go to the hospital. I explained to her I would go as soon as I finished my exam. She said okay. But, she knew I wouldn't go. While she was talking, I was plotting my escape route. She left the room, I got off the exam table to dress and I had no clothes. Then in walked her nurse with IV in hand. I was so upset at the time. She had already talked to my husband and he had agreed to follow the ambulance to the hospital. Needless to say, I had had a mild Ischemic attack. Thank God for her..
