I had an appointment with Dr. Malik regarding my consistent migraines. He advised a brain MRI and follow up appointment. To my surprise, he never put in the MRI request. I have been calling his office everyday for months - his team assures me that he will put in the request and get back to me. He still has not put in the request. Not only that, but there is no way of getting in The worst bedside manner I have ever experienced. I have never in my life had a Dr. ignore me. Very sad and negligent of him and his team. Will be going to a different neuro moving forward. Thanks for the waste of time!

Dr. Malik took care of me in the hospital emergently for an acute stroke. I left the hospital better than when I came in. During the coronavirus, he did a telemedicine follow up since we could not meet in person. He is a gem. And a really really nice guy.

We saw Dr. Malik initially in the hospital during my acute stroke at Jackson Memorial. He rapidly reviewed my situation in a very appropriate way and then I decided to proceed with life-saving therapy. I recovered from my stroke almost immediately after receiving the treatment. I have seen Dr. Malik twice in follow up to date and he has been amazing. I will continue to follow up with him as he saved my life.
