Dr. Amer Ghias Qazi, MD

I saw "DR" Qazi in thief river falls having heart palpitations and dizziness he told me I had high blood pressure and anxiety but did not pursue a reason why just sent me home and set me up with a psychiatrist... turned out to be thyroid storm... overactive thyroid and a 6.5 hour surgery after 4 years of tests to prove to my insurance it wasn't in my head like he put in my medical chart....horrible person and worse "DR"

Went into er for chest pain and vomiting with the concern that I may have had a heart attack. Was told it was depresstion and anxiety and was sent home...had even worse chest pain when I got home so wife took me to another hospital and I indeed had a heart attack and was admitted for a few days had I not gone back to another hospital I could have died and left my children without a father. Absolutely do not trust a word he says. If he walks in the room demand a different doctor he should not be practicing medicine.
