Always wait time is so long .

We were referred to Dr. Mavani to help our son with his autoimmune condition. Although at the appointment she did take a lot of information from us, she never followed up with any of the actions that she said she would such as referring a specialist from the University of Michigan. I called and emailed multiple times for a response from her and she never did respond. Then I got a bill for the one office visit and I called yet again to inquire as to why she won’t respond to us I was told that she would call us within an hour. I never received a call back, just another bill. I cannot recommend her or her office for their lack of professionalism.

We have been seeing Dr. Mavani for 6 years (2 kids) and have always found her practice to be top notch! She is honest, detailed, and highly professional in her care. We try to schedule Dr. Mavani for all of our visits, if possible. We especially like the precautions and procedures her office has instilled for the covid-19 pandemic — we felt extremely safe during our most recent well visit.

This doctor is a revenue generating doctor. Every single time I’d call about a sniffle, I’d be asked to bring my child in. Being a first time mom, I didn’t know any better. Also claims she is homeopathic, yet my child was prescribed multiple antibiotics even when they weren’t working! Never once was a homeopathic remedy mentioned. Also was charged for a sick visit when it was a well visit because she found an ear infection. None of my friend’s pediatricians have ever done that! Staff was always extremely rude as well. 2 doctors left while my child was a patient there and she hired another doctor who was so rough with my child. I wish I had left this practice sooner, but I’m glad I at least left. Save yourself the money and time, and find a doctor who values the work they’re doing over the money they’re making.

We have been going to Doctors for Kids for almost 10 years now. Dr Mavani is so vested in the kids. We’ve never had trouble getting appointments for our kids when they are sick and Dr Mavani is very thorough and makes sure that all our questions are answered. Nurse Kathy has always been patient with my kids and they absolutely know that they are in good hands. All the nurses, especially Jennifer treat us with care and help us when we need referrals etc. They all go above and beyond normal requirements of a doctors office. I can’t think of ever taking my kids anywhere else

Dr Mavani is absolutely wonderful! She spends time with each child & talks to parents extensively about the child's health status. She makes sure all questions are answered before she completes the office visit. She has an extensive knowledge homeopathic & traditional medicine, which she wonderfully blends. She has never misdiagnosed my children & treats each injury/illness with the utmost importance. I strongly recommend Dr Mavani

We liked Dr. Mavani's approach to mix both traditional and modern medical care giving.

We have been seeing Dr. Mavani for almost 10 years... We have never had an occasion in which we were ever treated with anything less than the utmost respect and compassion. I love that Dr. Mavani does not automatically write prescriptions for medications. When and where possible, she suggests holistic methods. My girls absolutely love her. Overall, we have been very happy with all the staff. When necessary, we have been referred to other Dr.s. We have been very pleased with the specialists that she referred. We have even had occasion when the staff have gone above and beyond to treat my children and come in on a Sunday. We feel very blessed to have found her. I wouldn't take my kids anywhere else. We do have to wait sometimes. But, we know that when we see the Dr., she will give our concerns the time needed. I wish she could be my Dr.

Dr. Mavani is the best! She always takes her time with our kids, and has been 100% accurate with all diagnosis. We trust her and her staff.

I would recommend Doctors for Kids to anyone. My children have been patients of Dr. Mavani for nearly 15 years. She cares for her patients as she would her own child. Even though our son is approaching adulthood, he has made the choice to continue with Dr. Mavani. Her kindness and caring are beyond compare. We have always been able to promptly get an appointment quickly when the children were sick. She is wonderful at explaining everything and truly taking the time with her patients and as our children have grown, she shows respect for them and ensures that they also understand their diagnosis. Excellent and amazing.
