Please update your website. I just tried to make an appointment at the Lexington office and was told you haven't been there in over a year. Site also states you are accepting new patients which you are not. A bit frustrating. Thank you !

On 1/16/23, I made an appointment with Dr. Naik's office as a new patient. This appointment was to happen on 3/20/23. I have Providence insurance (on the west coast) which is paid through the Signa network here. I received a call today, 3/17/23 telling me that they needed to cancel my appointment because Dr. Naik wasn't in network. I knew this to be an error, so I called Providence. They confirmed that Dr. Naik is in network and that they hadn't been called for coordination of benefits. They gave me the information to give to Dr. Naik's office to get things going so that I could keep the appointment that I have already been waiting TWO MONTHS for. I tried to call the Dr's office back and left a message. I was worried about losing the appointment, so I went down to the office and left information. I was just called back at almost 4:00 telling me that they needed to cancel it and reschedule for Wednesday so they can fix it. They wait 2 months to do this? No. My time is valuable too.

Rarely do you find a Doctor who is exceptional in all aspects. Dr. Naik is an excellent example of quality, compassion and concern. She offers knowledge and education (without condescension). From my experience it appears that she is intentional about staying current in research studies.
