Dr. Shannon is a great doctor. She doesn't visit with me "personally" but does talk to me about what is going on medically. She is very attentive and has helped me with my medical issues. I seldom wait more than a few minutes to see her. I am a fan.

She and her nurse are rude. She will not do what's necessary to properly treat you.

She kept changing my diagnosis and didn't really care about what was going on with me. Had blood work done and took almost 2 months to get the results. After many calls, I was so furious. Her nurse said, for the third time, they would post my results on their site, but never did. I had to yell and threaten to come up there to get her to mail my results to me. She and her nurse are both uncaring and rude.
