He is the worst doctor I have ever had. I do not trust this doctor’s diagnosis abilities and do NOT TRUST his advice. I’m only sorry I couldn’t give him and the company he works for : Premier Medical Associates a minus 1 star.

I was told on Friday my prescription was called in to Publix it wasn’t Saturday morning I called and after numerous attempts finally got thru and man on line says it can’t be called in until Monday morning because it’s a controlled medication I said I was out of it and it was supposed to have been called in yesterday he then said one minute then said oh it was called me in yesterday I said I will call Publix again he said ok again they said no it wasn’t there and they would call and find out why he said it was sent to them and call me back so Publix called me back and said they spoke to someone at premier and they said it could not be called in until Monday She didn’t know why eather she said because most places have a doctor who can do this when patients are out of meds due to there mistake especially so I called another premier number to speak to someone else and they said dr Amir was out of town until Thursday now remember it’s Saturday so 6 days they want me to go now with out… my meds I said why did the other guy say it was called in yesterday and I can’t go that long I will be sick he said hold on he put me on hold I literally stayed on hold for 36 min until I hung up and the office is not open on Saturday like it says on line in fact a few aren’t open on sat like it says I guess u have to be sick if he goes out of town or go to hospital because no other dr according to guy who answered phone and lies to u says he is only dr who can give controlled med which is crazy because it is a primary care dr office so I am not going to hospital and risking getting more sick from something so I guess I will ry and find another primary dr that can make shure is staff isn’t a bunch of quacks that lie to patients and the pharmacy too this isn’t the first time this has happened it’s just real crazy u have to spend 2 hrs of your day two days in a row tracking down meds u think are lost at pharmacy that wasn’t even called in what a shame

I was a patient there and switched. (Big mistake) I came back. Didn't know how well I had it. I'm happy once again for going back.

I HAVE BEEN A PATIEND OF DR. AMIR FOR SEVERAL YEARS. I HAVE PUT UP WITH HIS AND HIS STAFF'S NONSENSE FOR THE LAST TIME. I AM TIRED OF THEM HOLDING MY DEPRESSION MEDICINE HOSTAGE UNLESS I GO IN EVERY THREE TO SIX MONTHS FOR A WELLNESS EXAM. MIND YOU, I AM NOT ON ANY OTHER MEDICINE EXCEPT A LOW-DOSE DEPRESSION MED. THERE IS NO NEED TO SEE ME EVERY 3 TO 6 MONTHS JUST TO CHARGE ME A OFFICE VISIT FEE AND BILL MY INSURANCE FOR A WELLNESS EXAM. THE WELLNESS EXAM ONLY ENTAILS THEM TAKING MY WEIGHT AND BLOOD PRESSURE AND ASKING IF I SMOKE. I DONT SMOKE, I DONT DRINK AND I DONT DO DRUGS. I AM JUST ON A LOW DOSE DEPRESSION MED. THEY BILL MY INSURANCE $400 FOR THIS EXAM THAT TAKES ALL OF 5 MINUTES. I HAVE BEEN ON THIS MEDICINE LONG BEFORE YOU WERE MY DOCTOR AND NOT ONE TIME WAS I REQUIRED TO MAKE 4 VISITS A YEAR TO THEM TO GET MY PERSCRIPTION RENEWED. ONCE-A-YEAR WAS ALWAYS SUFFICIENT. NOW I CANNOT GET IT RENEWED UNLESS I GO IN AGAIN. HE ONLY CARES ABOUT THE MONEY. THE STAFF ARE THE… RUDEST TO DATE. I AM NOT SURE WHAT THOSE GIRLS THINK, BUT WE ARE THE ONES PAYING THEIR SALARY. I HAVE ACTUALLY HEARD THEM LAUGH AT PATIENTS WHEN THEY LEFT THE BUILDING. DR. AMIR, YOU DO NOT DERSEVE TO PRACTICE MEDICINE. YOUR STAFF ALL NEED TO FIND ANOTHER PROFESSION AS WELL. I PLAN TO BLAST YOU, YOUR STAFF AND PREMIER MEDICAL ON ALL THE FACEBOOK GROUPS I RUN. TODAY WAS THE LAST STRAW!

I have been seeing Dr. Etemadnia for three years now. I am always able to get an appointment with the front desk. Staff answers the phones promptly. Friendly and welcoming. They help with getting my referrals and any issues. Everything is done within the time frame I am given. I hear my other friends talk about their RX's but I told them to have them printed so they do not have a problem with the RX getting to the pharmacy. I am off my three of the medications I use to be on and I feel better and my levels are cut in half to the point where I can feel enough energy to play with my grandkids. Who love coming to the come with me to the office when I am babysitting. Thanks Dr Amir and the office staff!

From day one it took weeks and multiple phone calls to get anything done, including getting prescriptions sent to pharmacy. If you are on pain meds watch out he will accuse you of being an addict, doctor shopping, avoiding bloodwork because you are an addict.He doesn't want to hear anything because he knows it all. His staff laughs at you and hangs up when you try to resolve things. Doesn't call pharmacy back when they are trying to get his approval on renewals. Doesn't bother to check with pain doctor, pharmacy,or past records to see my compliance with pain perscription before questioning my intentions. Then doesn't want to hear it when you try to explain. He outright calls you a liar. Again making accusations when I contacted my previous doctor while I was at the pain management doctor to get a fill in perscription of a medicine I have been taking for10 years while I had to wait 2 weeks until pain doctor would perscribe me med I have been taking. I can go on& on. Everything is… documented and can be proved but he does not care. He refuses to acknowledge an illness I have because he knows nothing about it.

It is nice to know that the last two times I had an appointment with this guy he was not available and I had to reschedule. Being that Ii have a job that requires you to schedule for days off 3 weeks in advance, and that you are not even guarenteed the time off, I am perturbed that my visitations are not being met by him and his office. On top of that, I have a hard time getting a follow-up after going to the hospital. Then I go in today, and because my insurance had dropped me and I had neen put on medicade share of cost, he refuses to see me. Nice. Because I am economically-challenged, this supposed professional refuses to see a patient that has heart and seiizure issues. Score one for discrimination.
