Dr. Amit Agarwal, MD

Dr Agarwal is simply the best. He is so patient and caring. He takes his time speaking with you and figuring out what is the best approach to what is going wrong with you. He involved me in planning my care. I love his straight forward approach on letting me know what I have to do to help myself. I work in a level trauma center and work with doctors all day long - none of them match to Dr Agarwal !!

Dr. Agarwal has been caring for my health for almost 10 years. At the age 80 I thank him for his correct diagnosis, his referrals to other great physicians, being patient as I asked questions concerning my health and helping my longevity. Since I have moved to Missouri I truly miss how special a caring physician is.

I have seen Dr. Agarwal many times and each time, he is kind, courteous and truly cares about my well-being. He listens and provides the appropriate treatment. I never feel like he withholds treatment to save money - I've had a doctor who didn't want to send me to the dermatologist because it was too expensive. I had a skin problem that we initialy thought was worrisome. I was scheduled to go back 2 wks later to get it biopsied. After Dr. Agarwal looked at it more closely, he decided it did not need to be biopsied since it had pretty much cleared up. He COULD have gone ahead with the unnecessary biopsy for dollars but he didn't - he saved me discomfort and the insurance co. money. I had gone to a surgeon appt. and when the assistant asked my Dr.'s name, she said " Oh, my husband sees him and he loves Dr. Agarwal; he's a very god doctor." I couldn't agree more!I I can't say enough about him - a wonderful physician who cares for his patients well-being.
