Dr. Amit Bhandari, MD

I will forever be grateful to Dr. Bhandari, if it were not for his thoroughness and listening i would surely have died.

He didn't know much about herbal remedies-I had to inform him. As with most doctors, he wanted to give me pharmaceuticals rather than address my desire for natural remedies that have been used for thousands of years effectively. I understand that docs aren't required to know about these, but Dr Bhandari didn't make an effort to find out what will work for me. I had to do my own research and only go to him for things I can't do myself online. I'd prefer to have a homeopath, but there doesn't seem to be any in my area that my insurance will cover.

Suffered with stomach and he never believed me. dumped me ...another doctor found I had a blocked aorta in my stomach.....He did not send me for tests......just thought I was a complainer....... he is a new doctor to me..as i have had many differant ones.. these last few years..due to them leaving the area.. what is going on ?? w/ c.b. an n.b. clinics ? why are these residents in this county hurting for a good doc. who stays with us ?..

I was attended by courteous staff. and and a caring physician. He has good diagnostic skills, and excellent communication ability.

writes odd prescriptions, like 60 days at a time rather than 30 or 90, is not sure of dose units on american prescription drugs, be prepared to ask to get your scrip changed for insurance purposes.

Doesn't take his patients experience with their long term ailments into account. Another in the long line of "We can not know what we are talking about since we are not the one that went to medical school".
