I should have known there would be issues when the nurse that scheduled me with him said "he's a little rough around the edges but he's a good doctor". From the moment our Telehealth appointment started he seemed to be in a hurry, he hadn't read anything I wrote in regarding symptoms or my history. He was abrupt and like I was an inconvenience to him. I let him know I have a hiatal hernia, and that I have had gastritis and stomach ulcers before so I know the pain of that and that the pain I had been having was that. I wanted an endoscopy. It seemed he didn't want to do an endoscopy right away, he barely listened to me as I'm describing my symptoms and immidiately said he was sending me to have a trigger point injection..........for a stomach ulcer? I don't care about the pain I just want him to treat the ulcer I KNOW I have because I've had it before. How is that going to heal it? He was also talking a mile per second and was just difficult to follow overall. After that appointment i… was able to get an endoscopy with him but after the endoscopy he essentially told me it was a massive waste of my money and time because he couldn't see anything because there was food in my stomach. This was strange because I had followed instructions and not eaten or drank anything after 8pm so he scheduled me for a stomach emptying exam. The stomach emptying exam came back normal. After both exams I had to follow up with him to get any kind of result or recommendations or to re-do the endoscopy since the first one was botched, and all he said was to get the pain injection and then I never heard from him again. This all happened in summer of 2021, and after that i just didn't want to see doctors because I was like, apparently they don't believe that I have an ulcer? but at least he was approving my prescription medications right? Nope. The last straw for me was today when he refused to fill out my prescription leaving me all of the sudden without a prescription and scrambling to try and find an over the counter solution. The pharmacy said he refused because I have to come in for an appointment (I'm sure I do, he wants to get that money). He didn't contact me, I found out from the pharmacy. No email. No call. No message through My chart letting me know in advance that I needed to come in and he would be stopping my prescription, just cold turkey. So now I'm having severe symptoms (that never went away in the first place because he did NOTHING other than prescribe me pantoprazole which does not cure ulcers) and I'm out of medication. It's easy enough to find otc but it's more expensive that way. What if one of these ulcers burst this past year while I'm under his "care"? No empathy, no care, no caution, just nothing, I got nothing other than a bad time and bills from this doctor.

Any person that calls himself a specialist has no business yelling at his patients. I told my wife when we left the building that I never ever want to come back there again
