I had a very good appointment with Dr Patel. He greeted me with a smile and asked why I was there. He examined me in the area of pain, explained clearly my options. He referred me to a specialist and for tests. He even asked if there was anything else he could help me with. i wholeheartedly recommend Dr Patel

He walked into the room with a smile and as soon as he made eye contact with me the smile completely went away. As if he was disgusted to see me sitting there. I explain to him that I was having chest pain‘s and he kept insisting that I just wanted time off work when I told him I am not looking for a note or time off. My job was completely understanding of the situation and I just wanted help. He told me there was nothing he can do for me without any real symptoms. I went home feeling confused, belittled, and stressed. Which caused even more chest pain and I was forced to go to the emergency room. I highly do not recommend this doctor as a Kaiser Permanente employee

I had a very good experience with Dr. Patel (through Kaiser) for my colonoscopy. He was kind and personable. The only thing I would change was the prep. I actually used a different prep than the one Kaiser gave me. I used Miralax and Crystal Light and it actually tasted good!

he's so obvious in his misogyny and never really wanted to treat my numerous health issues. he pushed me off on the diabetic nurse rather than treat or refer me to an endocrinologist. i felt he was there to pay his mortgage, not practice medicine.
