Dr. Ammar Moin Ahmed, MD

I have visited dermatologists for 20 years and Dr. Ahmed for the last 3 years. In my experience he is THE best dermatologist anyone could ask for. He is always courteous, attentive, and professional. He is glad to answer questions and explains everything in a language any patient would understand. Sometimes the wait to get an appointment is long but that attests to his professionalism and expertise. I'm hesitant to write a good review because it might mean a longer wait time, but he is certainly worth the wait. He is almost always assisted by doctors completing their residency, which is a benefit because he brings his A game to help his patients, as well as, his students.

This was the most arrogant doctor I’ve ever met! He couldn’t get past himself yet alone address me and my problem. Avoid at all costs! Won’t be back for sure.

Finally got the correct diagnosis for my skin problems! Thanks to Dr. Ahmed for taking time to listen and for having a kind and caring manner.

Excellent performance in a very friendly setting and can be wholeheartedly recommended for all skin ailments.

He is a great Dr. i am glad that i choose him in the first place. I have been to plenty of Doctors already with my Psoriasis. I would recommend him do anybody who is in need of a Dermatologist.

Dr AHmed was very knowledgeable, responded to my questions very satisfactorily. Spent considerable amount of time. Good bedside manners. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Was able to see him at the appointment time, only a little waiting. Very satisfied with the results - both for problem with nails and itching on elbow skin

I had strange spots on my forehead which were becoming infected and i was becoming very worried about since they had persisted for 4 weeks even with regular antibiotic use. I went to see Dr. Ahmed and his diagnosis and prescription had my spots fully healed within two weeks. I wish I had seen him earlier. I was very pleased with my experience with Dr Ahmed including his informative diagnosis and the phone calls he made to me after the visit to follow up on my progress. Highly recommended!

i really recommend anyone with acne to visit dr. ahmed. primary docs etc just don't know what to give and the tried and true birth control/antibiotics/differin just is not the best treatment option anymore. dr ahmed is great, easygoing, and really knows what will work. i have never received more compliments on my skin.

Overall a great experience. Competent physician who actually cares. Answered all my questions and also was very patient and clear in his explanations.
