Great experience, very attentive and knowledgeable staff. Dr. El Feki was very thorough and informative. He has a wonderful beside manner. I went in for nerve testing and it was a piece of cake, quick and absolutely painless. I definitely recommend this office

Please do not go to this clinic for your healthcare. They are only interested in your money and not you well being. This clinic has very unprofessional staff including Joann and there are many hidden fees that you will not know about. Especially when doing an in home EEG! I had charges coming off of my credit card way after my EEG without authorization. I work in healthcare and highly recommend you find another neurologist team that will treat your illness.

Dr. Elfeki literally saved my life, I was referred to him by a friend, I called his office to book an appointment, they put me down to see him in 2 weeks as a new patient, I was so sorry about my symptoms and asked if they can share them with him, he called me on my cell phone after hours after his staff brought my symptoms to his attention, after a long discussion he brought me in to his office next day, did all necessary diagnostics and blood work, then referred me immediately to MD Anderson doctor for an urgent consultation and made sure I am being seen within few days, I got my surgery done and my life is back to normal again, I am very thankful for the opportunity God had given me by reaching out to Dr. Elfeki , thank you doctor for saving my life.

My first time to meet with Dr El Feki was during a follow up after an ER hospital stay nearly 3 months ago. He and his staff made me feel as if I was their most important patient that day. Doctor is a JERK and his staff drop the ball on everything. I was told someone would call me for the cost of my apt. 3 days prior and even after I called multiple times, I didnt find out until an hr b4 my apt.It is a RIPP OFF. THEN I was told someone would contact me about my MRI only to call them (MRI place) a week later to be told, they never received my orders to do an MRI and was also told by them tht this happens a lot with this dr. I just didnt trust them and dont feel at ease with what they told me. STAY AWAY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I've been seeing Dr. El Feki for over a year now, and he really understands how to get to the root of the problem and treat it. So happy I found him.

Easy to talk to,listened to my concerns.I feel alot more comfortable to have a doctor who listens to my concerns not just writes prescriptions .

Life is unexpected. Things do happen and life is hard but when you have STRONG people in your corner anything is possible. My family has been been my rock, my son has been my goal and with our Dr. El Feki it wouldn’t of been of been possible. On Sept. 8th i had a stroke at 26 years old. And through the pain, heart ache and suffering not only myself but my family went through Dr. El Feki told my feeling would be back and I would be walking in six months, and here I am! Today, in his office he told me in six months I will be handing him a cup of coffee with full use of my arm and I have full faith I will. With faith in god and the support team I have none of this would of been possible.

Today was my first day coming to this doctor .It went great!Hes very nice,professional and tries to make it comfortable.
