Dr. Amy Elizabeth Bullens-Borrow, MD

Love dealing with Dr Barrows she listens, provides treatment options, makes her suggestion, but leaves the decisions the patient from within the options. Her staff however needs improvement. This week, I’ve left messages twice with no one responding.

I am an above the knee amputee 49 years. Used crutches all those years and Dr Borrow has performed two Reverse Shoulder Replacements on me 2017 and 2018-9. She is the surgeon with the "Gold Hands". No more pain, can sleep at night. The reverse shoulder replacement has worked for me and she is amazing. My shoulders were totally worn out and she helped me renew and stay in active living and working daily. Thank you Amy and all your wonderful staff. Amanda “Sam” Pipkin is P.A. is tremendous. Dr. Borrow is excellent. I am 73 and was in need of a shoulder replacement. I was afraid of having it done, but after consultation with Dr. Borrow and staff. I did it and man am I glad I did. I have my life back. I do pretty much what I want and did before but with no pain. Awesome!!!!!! Dr. Borrow takes time to answer questions and I never feel rushed.

She is a "gifted" surgeon....recieved top notch care from her,and her staff in gainesville.She has performed surgery on several of my family members as well.....and we all hold her in high esteem.

My experiences with Dr Borrow have been fantastic. I've been back several times for various injuries and the office staff has always been great - and Dr Borrow always spends time explaining things to me. I've recommended her to a lot of people.

I couldn't even make an appointment here when I was having severe knee pain. The office staff/appointment receptionist was so rude, uncaring, unfriendly and unhelpful. Told me I could not make an appointment without previous Dr. records, but the previous Dr. was slack about faxing them even though I asked three times. No matter, the office was still unsympathetic of my pain and wouldn't even consider seeing me without them, offered no help or even a sympathetic word in the matter. I decided to make an appointment somewhere else and had no trouble seeing a doctor.
