Dr. Amy So-Ching Chu-Wong, MD

Dr. Amy Chi-Wong is horrible and only cares about money. She seems having difficulty of talking with her patient or taking care of patients herself. Her staff laugh at me when I ask how much longer I have to wait (I’d already been waited for an hour or two.)

Dr Amy Chu Wong should be more attentive and open to her patients. She seems more preoccupied with getting to to her next overbooked patients than to discussing the details of my visit. It's upsetting that she has one foot out of the examination room before telling me all I need to know about the diagnosis. Her bedside manners needs vast improvements.

She is cold and not very attentive. I felt very rushed. She seems to have a difficult time remembering me. However, her assistant has interacts with patients in a more caring manner.

The receptionist in that office is horrible. They only care about money not patient. Because when people give them refreshment/tips then they will treat you good otherwise you have wait for a long time or give you bad attritute. I will not/never recommend to anyone.

Dr. Amy Chi-Wong is horrible and only cares about money. She does not even care much about your concerns. Her nurse was always with her in the doc's room...so you are talking to her nurse maybe 70% of the visit and then she came in to write prescriptions and then send you off. I hate it..i'm here to see the doctor, not her nurse. and every problem you have, they would first try to convince you that it is not a big problem.

Dr. Chu-Wong see many (and I mean many)patients everyday so I don't know what a few negative reviews mean. I have been seeing her for over ten years. What I want from an internist is that she has good communication skills and give the right diagnosis. I don't have any serious illnesses. So far she is meeting my need. I will continue visiting her office when I have the need.
