She’s always been very professional, is thorough, cares about who I am as a person, offers accurate diagnoses, prescribes carefully. Office staff is wonderful. Have never been kept waiting.

Discrimination I have been a patient of Dr. Koff for 25 years! Always felt she was great at her job and I was lucky to have found her. Unfortunately, I just called to schedule my yearly appointment and she will NOT see me because I didn’t get the Covid shot. I was told I could email her pictures and she would email me back. Unbelievable! I thought Dr’a took an oath to treat patients of all kinds. Also, I did see her in 2020 without the Covid shot and that was fine with her.

I have been fortunate to have had Dr.Koff as my dermatologist for years. She has always been kind, considerate, and patient with all of my questions.

I have been her patient for almost 20 years. She is kind and committed to her patients. I’m very lucky to have found her.

After waiting 45 minutes for my appointment, I asked the doctor's assistant about the wait. I was told that some patients had priority due to chemotherapy, etc. Assistant obviously told Dr. Koff who went into a rage when she came into the room. She turned and faced me and said "I'm going into my office to cool off!" In shock, I told the assistant that I did not think that Dr. Koff was in an appropriate frame of mind to perform surgery and, for that reason, I was leaving. The next day, I scheduled a subsequent appointment as the surgery was necessary. I was given an appointment. When Dr. Koff entered, she carried on a conversation with the assistant totally ignoring me. She did not look at me nor address me. I subsequently received a letter terminating her services with me in 30 days, suggesting emergency room care should I require it in the interim. Enclosed were my medical records since I was her patient. Her behavior was unprofessional and elevated to a degree beyond the… situation at hand. I have never been treated as rudely by a doctor neither before nor since.

This provider seems to be more interested in revenue enhancing services rather than true sincere and caring attention to patients who are suffering.She should return to the basics of her vocation.

Been with Dr Amy for many years now. Simply stated: She's the BEST! An exceptional caring Doctor with a wonderful staff.
