Have found Dr. McKerrow to be very friendly and engaging, willing to answer my questions and help with any issues related to prescriptions or insurance payment. Seems very on top of latest discoveries in prostate cancer treatments.

The staff are not very friendly at all if they are having a busy day. The scheduling person Laura was very rude to me and my wife over the phone and is not much better in person. The front desk check in guy acts like you are bothering him no matter the question. This guy is new and I can see way the other lady that was checking people in left ( unfriendly staff even to each other). Dr. Mckerrow's nurse seems kind at times. Dr. Mckerrow herself really does listen to what you have to say and really seems to want to find the answers. I just feel like she wants way to many test to find out what the problem is. Almost feel as if this practice wants to charge a ton of money to your insurance and run up a bill for the patient. I would rather drive 2 hours or so to Missoula.

Very personable and professional. Very busy office. I believe the office is pretty well organized for the amount of patients seen. Dr. McKerrow didn't have a lot of time to spend...and it took a month or so to be able to get in to see her...but the staff is so professional and knowledgeable that I was OK with that.

Worst experience ever.........waste of money!

I went to Dr McKerrow , i ended up haveing surgery , the office was only concerned about the money thru the 3 month process, i had BCBS blue dimmensions, covered 100% of my medical cost with them, first they wanted $8500 in cash prior to my surgery rather than bill my insurance , told them they were nuts , my obgyn called them and confinced them to bill the insurance, had my surgery, nothing fixed, mow have to have another $10,000 surgery to fix what she couldnt , My doc calls her office to schedual an apt and they advise her that i owe them $25 they sent to collections and now wont the entire amount for the surgery in advance then will reimburse me after insurance pays them , well i am wondering why they sent me a check in the mail after my surgery to reimburse me the overpayment from my BCBS, so they got paid so much money for a surgery that didnt work that they owed me money and are now refusing my insurance over $25 that i really prob didnt owe in the first place , needless to say… they will never get another dime of my money , new doc

By the way Dr. Amy......I came to you to get answers for why I continued to have repeat UTI'S. I spent thousands with no real solutions. Yes, you ordered all the fancy tests and procedures to no avail. Well, funny thing happened. I chose to visit comm health and they recommended the best advice ever......start taking probiotics.. I did and I have not had any infections for 3 years now. Thank-you community health for your care! If anyone struggles with UTI'S, Vaginosis , yeast, etc. PB8 capsules from Whithey's works. Take two a day ---Let the healing begin!

The most unprofessional and uncaring doctor I have EVER encountered in all my years of living! Bordering on negligence and malpractice. Do not see her unless you enjoy being ignored and uncred for!

Really liked Dr. McKerrow, her nurse had an attitude the day I was in and took it out on her patients. When you're already hurting you don't need that.
