This past August my wife and I were visiting our son and his family in Kalispell. My wife started having sever pain in her right knee. We took her to the ER. The doctor was rude. She said she sees tourists all time with aches and pains. She said their problem is the were not used to the rugged trails in Montana. We were not tourists. My wife was born and raised in western Montana. Our boys spent most of their growing up in Montana. Our son was a lieutenant with Evergreen Fire Department and now works at the airport as a rescue firefighter. I asked the doctor to have xrays done on my wife's knees. She refused and told my wife to get some otc pain relievers. When we got home my wife went to her doctor and had xrays and an MRI. They found torn meniscus and stress fractures in both her fibula and tibia. I worked for several years as a firefighter/paramedic and I have never seen such incompetence and rudeness in an ER doctor. She decided before she even saw my wife that we were just… tourists because we currently live in oklahoma and ignored my wife's complaints.
