Dr. Amy Moreno, MD

The staff were very courteous. Dr. Moreno was friendly, patient, and explained to me what I needed to have done. She is one of the nicest doctors I have ever had. No hesitation about recommending her.

Went in with a week old productive cough. Within minutes of meeting and seeing Dr. Moreno she had me on an asthma Nebulizer in the office, wrote me 3 prescriptions for short-term relief and repair, 1 prescription for longer-term management and a follow-up x-ray order if my symptoms didn't subside in a few days. All this with a wonderful, uplifting smile and attitude. This encounter should have been documented for a medical class of what to do and how to treat a patient. Awesome.

A total waste of time going to see Amy Moreno at Docs on Call/Piedmont Family Practice. Took 1 hour and 15 minutes to see her. Then she told me she couldn't find anything wrong with my son. NOTE: I don't know about you but I don't just go sit in a waiting room for over an hour if I don't think that SOMETHING is very wrong. She ended up sending us home with advice to get a humidifier and eat honey. I asked for something non OTC for his night coughing and she would NOT give me any medications for him. She just kept smiling a big fake smile that was not sincere at all. My 7 year old even picked up on it. We will seek real medical attention today for him. For the record, he coughed ALL night WITH her suggestion of honey and a humidifier and threw up due to the coughing. Thank you for the awesome bedside manner and great recommendation? NOT. I just cant bring myself to refer to her as a doctor) you wont be getting our business again. The staff never once came out to let us know… Ms. Moreno was running behind at any point. I highly recommend bypassing Ms. Moreno if at all possible. Just my experience and one that was not at all pleasant.
