DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! Their communication and follow through is deplorable. I have never been to a place as mismanaged as this office. My last appointment was in May asking for bloodwork and a referral for a sleep specialist. It is currently August and still no word on when any of them will be accomplished. I have called, emailed and went in person on multiple occasions requesting an ETA on when I would get any of my services scheduled at the very least. All they tell me is they will call me when they have the information available. Going on 3 months for bloodwork at the very least is not ok in the slightest. If you're searching for a new primary or just someone to see you for an ailment, keep looking, nothing to help you here.

The facility is arguably the least suitable place to bring a loved one. I have witnessed my sister's decline from being mobile and independent to requiring a cane, then a walker, and eventually approaching bed rest. Despite her worsening condition, prescriptions and necessary tests are consistently not ordered, and no follow-up or comprehensive examinations are conducted. The healthcare provider repeatedly claims that the pharmacy or Liberty Hospital loses prescriptions or orders, but they fail to follow through or complete necessary assessments. This level of care is concerning, and I believe this doctor’s practice should be reanalyzed.

Allowed me to have a panic attack in their waiting room and would not get the dr. And basically laughed me out of the office in a state of distress. My. Blood pressure was at an extremely dangerous level. They were not busy and made me wait over an hour and half for run of the mill Refills! Many other problems. I have contacted the state. Oh they took my money though.

Ridiculous. The Doctor and her staff are awful about communication, returning calls, setting appointments, follow ups, etc. The Office is quite dirty, they don't even sweep. Ice melt on the floor from weeks ago. I have now been in the waiting room for ALMOST 3 HOURS, this being after I was already rescheduled.

First of all be prepared for a office visit to last on the average of 2-3. Most of that time is spent waiting. The major lack of communication between the doctor and staff and patients is frustrating to say the least! Patient Portal is for billing purposes not for contacting the doctor with questions or concerns. Definitely do not reccomend this doctor.

Needed a simple paper filled out and sent in so I could start an adoption process for a child in an abusing foster home. Waited on the doctor over a month and a half for her to do it. I called about once a week to see if it had sent. They gave me excuses like "we'll put an urgent message in" and "we'll lay it out for her today" and "it should be in by next Monday". Then they "lost it" so I brought in another copy. They told me how they understood the urgency and would have it ready by the next day. This place and Doctor Parry are neglectful and it was a horrible experience waiting everyday knowing this was the last step in the process to save a little girl. I finally gave up and found a new doctor. I will never return. Worst excuse of a doctor I've ever seen.

My wife has seen Dr Parry for several years. This dr office has progressively gotten worse over the years. NEVER returns phone calls and NEVER refills her medicine on time. So my wife is getting sick coming off medicine then going back on medicine. This is not ok. We are finding her a new dr.

Over prescribes my fiancé Xanax every time he goes in to see her! I am not a fan nor will I ever be. It’s disruptive not only to his health but our household as a whole??

My initial visit was to get a referral. I waited over an hour to see the dr. She sent me for a CT, which I had to keep calling her to send the order over so I could get it done, that took about 3 days. Now, after I had the CT, I got my report 2 days later. I have waited over a week for them to contact me regarding my report. I received my paper copy a week ago and still have not had the dr call regarding the results. I have called every day for the past week and the office people tell me that they have not received the CT scan. Every time they say how they need to contact them to have it sent over. So...I have, but you haven't. All I want is all of my stuff to be referred to my surgeon and be done with that office!!!
