i love dr. pedone. she is compassionate and caring. and she really listens and cares.

My experience with SFM has been horrible. Not only do they not know what they are doing. They send you for a bunch of tests you don't need. They get stuff wrong all the time. I was told my thyroid was completely out of whack, and that I would need to take medicine the rest of my life. A couple days later they changed their story, and said I was fine, but needed to come back in for a follow up. Pretty much they just wanted a office visit to get more money out of you. And this year has been rough. Money is tight and yes I have a bill for SFM still. But instead of calling like normal people. They send an attorney letter to you, threatening you to pay or else. Bottom line is they are a bunch of morons, and I wouldn't recommend going to them.

These ladies at this office are wonderful. They listen to you and actually care about the problem you are seeing them for. The staff is caring and efficient and pleasant to deal with. thank you Dr Pedone.

We received horrible customer service through Southern Family Medicine. Their office staff were extremely rude and uncaring, and they charged us $100.00 for an appointment I missed because my son, who I had taken to see them two days before, was still sick. I even called them that day asking if I should take him to the emergency room (so they DID know I wasn't going to be there, I just couldn't give them 24 hours notice), and they acted like they couldn't care less. They also sent a rude letter with their invoice for my missed appointment, stating that they were charging me for "wasting the doctor's time." These women need to learn the definition of good customer service, because they seem to be clueless.

She asks & listens. I highly recommend her for a young woman's first gyn exam.
