Dr. Amy Crum Vanderwoude, MD

My friend who was fighting cancer had a terrible experience with her. She would not provide IV fluids, which had helped my friend tremendously in the past. Friend switched doctors, and her new doctor had no problem getting her what she wanted. No one should have to fight with their provider while dealing with terminal cancer.

Dr. VanderWoude is very nice and very capable. The problem isn't with her but with the rest of her operation. Her nurse practitioner is arrogant and untruthful. When coming in very late and being told you have another appointment you're going to be late for, she laughs and says, "Oh, they're flexible." Actually, they weren't, were furious when told this. I've waited at least a half hour and sometimes much longer at every appointment. Is their time that much more valuable than mine? I think not. The good marks below are for Dr. VanderWoude only.
